The power rectifier module is a stand-alone module that rectifies AC power to DC power. It is usually rated by the current (such as 2A module, 5A module, 10A module, 20A module, etc.). It can also be divided into: Cooling module, independent air duct module, self-cooling module, self-energy air-cooling module and self-energy self-cooling module. It can be used in parallel with multiple units to achieve N1 redundancy. The output of the module is a stable and adjustable DC voltage of 110V and 220V. The module itself has relatively complete protection functions such as: input over-voltage protection, output over-voltage protection, output current-limit protection, and output short-circuit protection.
The monitoring system software is the core of the control and management of the entire DC power system. Its main tasks are: long-term automatic monitoring of various functional units and batteries in the system, obtaining various operating parameters and status in the system, and timely in accordance with the measured data and operating status. Process and use this as a basis to control the system to achieve fully automatic management of the DC power system to ensure its continuity, reliability and safety. The monitoring system software is currently divided into two types: one is a button type and the other is a touch screen type. The monitoring system software provides a man-machine interface to realize the display of system operating parameters, system control operations and system parameter settings.
The DC power system insulation monitoring unit is a device that monitors the insulation status of the DC system. It can monitor the line-to-ground leakage resistance in real time. When the line-to-ground insulation decreases to a set value, an alarm signal is issued. DC system insulation monitoring unit currently has bus insulation monitoring and branch insulation monitoring.
The battery patrol unit is a kind of equipment that patrols the online voltage of the battery. It can detect the voltage of each battery in real time. When the battery voltage is higher or lower than the setting, an alarm signal will be issued, and the battery fault will be displayed by the DC power monitoring system software. The battery inspection unit can generally detect 2V-12V batteries and 1-108 batteries.
